If you are not satisfied with GrimoireScribe for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@grimoirescribe.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your license key or the email address you used to purchase. You can also request a refund from your account portal.

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

What Happens After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your license key may be revoked at our discretion. You will retain read-only access to your work and can export all content (EPUB, DOCX, Scrivener, and other formats) at any time. GrimoireScribe never holds your data hostage.

Eligibility

• Refunds are available within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
• Each license is eligible for one refund.
• Refunds apply to the full purchase price of $79 USD (or equivalent in your local currency, including applicable taxes).

Chargebacks

If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us first. We are happy to help. Filing a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us will result in automatic revocation of your license key and removal of all activated machines.

Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles VAT/sales tax collection and compliance globally. The charge on your statement will appear as "PADDLE.NET* GRIMOIRESCRI" or similar. For billing inquiries, you can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.com.
